Aufgaben

As a MATIERE PREMIERE Counter Manager, you will be the face of our brand and the guarantor of customer satisfaction. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the boutique, developing and maintaining impeccable customer service.

Responsibility:

• Welcoming and advising customers: Providing a warm welcome, introducing customers to our brand universe and offering them personalized advice,

• Sales development: managing sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies and organizing in-store promotional events in cooperation with the country manager,

• Management of the KaDeWe counter according to our guidelines,

• Achieving sales goals and securing proactive sales,

• Increasing the brand awareness, acquiring new customers and building a loyal customer base,

• Stock management - monitoring the availability of all products,

• Providing best in class customer service,

• Management of merchandising & product visibility.

Profil

• Retail sales experience within the luxury industry (preferably fragrance and beauty sectors),

• Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset,

• Good communication skills,

• Willingness to drive things forward proactively,

• Active listening skills,

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English, additional foreign languages are an advantage.
